大掺量高钙粉煤灰碾压混凝土配合比试验研究

【摘要】 含游离氧化钙(f-CaO)5.1%、细度为20.5%的高钙粉煤灰,按35%、45%、55%、65%掺入水泥中,拌制的碾压混凝土3d、7d、28d、90d、180d抗压强度能持续增长;高钙粉煤灰改性剂的掺量对早期(3d)抗压强度影响显著。通过正交试验确定的碾压混凝土配合比,高钙粉合理掺量为55%,不掺改性剂,高效减水剂掺量为0.5%,其90d抗压、抗渗强度均能满足C9015W4的要求,抗拉强度达2MPa以上。
【Abstract】 The compressive strength of RCC with the cement replaced with 35~65 precent high calcium flyash improved continually on 3days,7days,28days,90days and 180days,the fineness of the high calcium flyash was 20.5 precent and the volume of free calcium oxide of it was 5.1 precent; the volume of chemical moditication for the high calcium flyash affected obviously the 3days’ compressive strength of RCC.The ratio of RCC was determined by orthogonal experiment,of which high calcium flyash reasonable amount to 55 precent,no chemical moditication and the volume Of superplasticizer was 0.5 precent,the compressive strength,the impervious strength and the cleavage strength of RCC on 90days was over 15MPa,4MPa and 2MPa.
