A novel thylakoid membrane oxidoreductase involved in the maintenance of photosystem Ⅱ in Arabidopsis thaliana

【摘要】 <正>The electron transfer chain of oxygenic photosynthesis is mediated by four major multisubunit proteins that embedded in the thylakoid membranes of cyanobacteria and plant chloroplasts:photosystem II(PSII), cytochromeb 6/f complex,photosystem I(PSI) and ATPase complex.Although their composition,structure and function have been studied extensively,novel factors participating in the biogenesis,assembly and maintenance of the PSII are found,indicating that there is more to learn about PSII structure and function.
