长爪沙鼠生物净化前后微生物和寄生虫携带情况的比较

【摘要】 目的比较长爪沙鼠生物净化前后微生物携带情况。方法采集生物净化前后长爪沙鼠的气管、回盲部样本,经血平皿培养后,分离菌落进行纯培养,利用细菌鉴定仪进行菌种鉴定;气管经研磨后,转入选择性培养基鉴别培养;分离血清进行泰泽病原体抗体检测。结果生物净化后F1代、F2代和F3代长爪沙鼠泰泽病原体血清抗体检测均为阴性,生物净化后的其他微生物和寄生虫普查结果也表明,各项检测中均未发现清洁级啮齿类动物中需排除的病原微生物。结论本研究证实剖腹产和代乳技术能有效降低长爪沙鼠携带的微生物和寄生虫。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare microbial carrying between pre- and post-cleaning.Methods Microbial samples were taken from trachea and ileocecal part.After cultivated on Columbia blood agar,colonies were differentiated automatically. Trachea was polished and cultured in selective broth for mycoplasma detection.Serum samples were used for Tyzzer’s antibody detection.Results None positive sample of Tyzzer’s antibody response was detected in colonies post-cleaning. Other pathogenic microbiology and parasites detection also showed that no serious pathogen was found in the biological cleaning gerbils.Conclusion It could be concluded that the caesarean section and the milk replacer technology can effectively reduce the gerbil carrying microorganisms and parasites.
