【摘要】 目的探讨更简单有效的大鼠气管插管方法。方法将40只大鼠随机分成经额镜辅助组和经颈透照直视组两组,比较插管时间、插管次数、插管一次成功率及拔管1周后存活率。结果经颈透照组的插管操作时间、插管次数、一次插管成功率均优于经额镜辅助组(P<0.05),拔管1周后的存活率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论采用自制器材的经颈透照直视插管法优于经额镜辅助插管法,自制器材值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate more simple and effective method of rat orotracheal intubation.Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into two groups.The intubation time and intubation frequency,the success rate of the first intubation, the survival rate in 1 week were compared between the improved group and the conventional group.Results The time and frequency of intubation were significantly less in the improved group than those in the conventional group[(10.83±1.69) s vs (36.41±3.71) s,1.04±0.21 vs 1.78±1.03,p<0.05].The success rate of the first intubation in the improved group was obviously higher than that of the conventional group(95%vs 60%,p<0.05).There was no obviously difference in the survival rate after extubation in 1 week between groups(100%vs 85%,P>0.05).Conclusion The improved method is superior to the conventional method,Homemade instruments is worth promoting.更多还原
