TACM对大鼠肝肾功能的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨君子兰生物总碱(TACM)对大鼠肝脏、肾脏等功能(慢性毒性作用)的影响,用以评价药物的安全性。方法 Wister大鼠共分四组,正常对照组未作任何处理,低、中、高给药剂量组经灌胃给予大鼠不同剂量的TACM四个月,测定尿糖含量、尿蛋白水平、血浆及肾组织丙二醛(MDA)的含量、红细胞及肾组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性、并取其肝脏及肾脏作病理组织学检查。结果与对照组比较各组尿糖、尿蛋白、MDA、SOD、GSH-PX无明显变化,电镜下未见肝脏、肾脏病理学改变。结论 TACM对大鼠肝脏、肾脏未表现出毒性作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of total alkaloid of clivia miniata(TACM) on the hepatorenal function in Wister rats,especially the chronic toxicity,and evaluate the reliability of this drug.Methods These Wister rats were sepairated into 4 groups with the control group given no disposal.TACM with low,middle and high dose was taken orally by three groups of experimental Wister rats for 4 months urine glucose content,urine protein content,blood plasma,MDA content,the activity of SOD in red cells and kidney,the activity of GSH-PX and also took the liver and the kidney for pathological histological examination.Results There was no significant difference between the urine glucose content,urine protein content,MDA,SOD,and GSH-PX in experimental group compared with that of in control group.There were no exchange of pathology in liver and kidney under the electron microscope.Conclusion TACM is of no toxicity for Wister rats’ hepatorenal.
