【摘要】 目的小型猪的循环系统在解剖结构、生理功能方面与人类都较为相似,所以国内常采用小型猪来制作循环系统疾病的动物模型。最常见的是动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心力衰竭疾病模型,主要通过开胸结扎血管和闭胸堵闭血管再配合高脂、高糖、高胆固醇饮食的方法来制备,然后用影像学、病理学、血液学等方面的检查进行评估。本文综述了国内的小型猪循环系统疾病模型的制备方法,并对各种方法进行了比较分析,并展望了小型猪在人类循环系统疾病研究中的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The similarities of anatomic structures and physiological functions between human and mini pig frequently make domestic mini pigs the animal models of circulatory diseases,particularly including artherosclerosis, myocardial infarction and cardiac failure which are established by deligation of blood vessels after breast-opening and blocking up the blood vessels after breast-closing coupled with diets of high fat,sugar and cholesterol and evaluated by imageological,pathological and hematological devices.In this article,we reviewed and compared the approaches to establishing such models.Meanwhile,we also made the application prospects of mini pig pertaining to these researches.更多还原
