【摘要】 近年来内蒙古高等教育稳步发展,高等教育毛入学率达到了23.1%,实现了高等教育大众化的目标。为了能够满足民众对高等教育的需求,政府对高等教育的投入也在逐年增长,但在投资过程中会受到哪些因素的影响和制约?现行的投资体制还存在哪些问题,能否适应市场经济发展的要求,从而对高等教育的发展起到促进作用?文中将对针这些问题进行分析和论述,并在此基础上,提出解决问题的对策。更多还原
