【Abstract】 This article from the content and design idea of the talent training pattern,and analyzes the problems which were reflected by the current education,the talent training pattern and the college students’ employment situation.this paper puts forward out the necessity of the training of application-oriented talents of local academies.Then,give some suggestion about training goal,talent training specification,professional setting,talent cultivation system,talent cultivation approaches,talent quality evaluation mechanism as well as education funds for local academies.更多还原
