μ-CT评价两种方法对C型根管充填效果的体外研究

【摘要】 目的:利用显微计算机断层扫描技术(μ-CT)比较评价连续波垂直加压法和冷牙胶侧方加压法对C型根管的充填效果。方法:收集C1型和C3型离体下颌第二磨牙共32颗,机用ProTaper预备根管后,将其随机分为两组(每组16颗),分别用连续波垂直加压法(组1)和冷牙胶侧方加压法(组2)充填根管。根管充填前、后均进行μ-CT扫描,记录各组根管上、中、下三段充填材料内气泡、外围气泡和混合气泡的发生情况,计算根管体积及根管充填后剩余空腔的体积,比较两组根管未充填空腔占根管总体积的百分比。结果:两组间除根尖1/3外,根管冠方1/3、根中1/3和根管全段,组1的根管未充填空腔的体积百分比明显高于组2(P<0.05)。组1中外围气泡及混合气泡数明显多于材料内气泡,组2各气泡种类数目则为外围气泡数>混合气泡数>材料内气泡数(P<0.05)。结论:连续波垂直加压法对C型根管的充填效果更好,但不同充填方法对根尖部分充填效果影响不大。
【Abstract】 Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the obturation of C-shaped canals using continuous wave of condensation and lateral compaction techniques by micro-computed tomography(μ-CT).Methods:Thirty two mandibular second molars with canal configuration of CI and C3 were instrumented by ProTaper Rotary instruments and divided into two groups of sixteen,group 1 was obturated with the continuous wave of condensation,while group 2 was obturated using the lateral compaction technique.μ-CT scans were done after instrumentation and after obturation.The numbers of internal,mixed and external voids were recorded.Volume of the canal as well as that of the voids within the filling was measured.The percentage of voids in both groups were calculated and compared to each other.Results:Group 2 showed higher percentage of voids in the overall canal and in the middle and coronal thirds(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the apical third.In Group1 mixed and external voids are significantly more than the internal voids(P<0.05).Group 2 showed significant difference between the three types of voids(external>mixed>internal voids,P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous wave of condensation has a better obturation outcome in teeth with C-shaped canals.However,at the apical level,the obturation technique had little impact on the quality of obturation.
