【摘要】 目的:初步探讨人根尖周炎中CypA表达及与临床表现的关系。方法:收集安徽医科大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科2014年1月至2014年7月经根尖手术切除的根尖周炎病损组织,收集病例信息并做病理鉴定,经鉴定观察共有慢性根尖周炎组织84例;收集拔除的健康正畸牙牙髓6例,作为正常对照组。将这些组织作为实验组用于免疫组织化学分析CypA的表达情况;对根尖周炎中CypA的蛋白平均吸光度值(A值)进行统计学分析,比较其表达量与床症临状是否具有相关性。结果:根尖周炎病变组织中CypA主要表达于炎细胞浸润区和上皮组织,主要阳性细胞为淋巴样细胞、上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞;正常对照组和阴性对照组中少见CypA的表达。有扣痛的患牙根尖周炎组织中CypA的蛋白平均吸光度值(A)为7.7205187,无扣痛的为4.9229369,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CypA的表达水平与根尖周炎病变大小呈正相关关系(r=0.462,P<0.05)。结论:首次证实CypA存在于人根尖周炎病损组织中,可能参与人根尖周炎疾病的发病进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this study was to examine the presence of CypA in human periapical lesions and its relationship with the clinical presentations of the lesions,which discuss the possible clinical roles of CypA in periapical lesion.Methods:Human apical periodontitis lesions were collected in Department of pathology after periapical surgery in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Anhui Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital from January 1,2014 to July 30,2014.84 human periapical lesions were selected for immunohistochemical analysis for CypA.Six healthy dental pulp samples were obtained from a group of orthodontic tooth.These tissues did not show any inflammation and were used as normal control samples.The integrated optical density average value(A) of CypA was measured by immunohistochemical analysis for all the samples.Differences in CypA expression between different clinical presentations were subsequently analyzed by t’test.Results:1.CypA+cells were detected in all the periapical lesion tissues,and the expression of CypA was significantly higher in periapical lesions than normal tissues(P<0.05).2.Epithelial cells,lymphoid cells and endothelial-like cells presented CypA positive immunostaining in the lesions.3.The expression of CypA in different clinical presentations was significant differences.In symptomatic samples,The integrated optical density average value(A) of CypA positive sites is 7.7205187,while the asymptomatic is 4.9229369.A P-value of<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Positive correlations between the expression of CypA and the size of the lesions were observed(r=0.462,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.These findings first showed that CypA could be observed and might possibly be involved in the inflammatory response and bone resorption of periapical tissues as well as associated with periapical lesion pathogenesis.2.The expression of CypA may have a relationship with the clinical presentations.更多还原
