【摘要】 目前,社会对儿童牙医的需求量增加,而各大口腔院校培养的毕业生中能胜任儿童牙科医生的却为数不多。为了保证毕业实习生临床实习的质量,为他们以后从业打好基础,本文的目的是探索儿童牙科临床实习行之有效的模式实习。通过对西安交通大学口腔医院98级、2000级和2001级学生临床实习的问卷调查,学生们普遍认为在儿童牙科的临床实习中,患儿的恐惧、不合作是他们临床工作中最棘手的问题。通过改革实习方法,改进口头表达技巧,强调某些策略,提高语言能力将有助于更好的交流,更好的合作和成功的治疗。重点解决实习生与儿童牙病患者之间的沟通、交流这一焦点问题,使治疗能顺利进行。这一模式的实施取得了满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present society,the required numbers of pediatric dentists are increasing.The less professional pediatric dentists graduated from different official stomatology universities.The aim of this study was to explore the clinical effective model of undergraduate students in paediatric dentistry.To ensure the quality of die undergraduate clinical training program and to prepare for their vocational training in the future,by the way of the questionnaires of their clinical activity,Practicing dentists who graduated between 1998,2000 and 2001 at xi an jiaotong stomatology college consider generally that the fearful, disruptive child to be among the most troublesome of problems in their clinical work in pediatric dentistry.Through changing the methods of clinical training,focus on solving the problems about communication and cooperation between practicer and child by improving verbal conversational skills,emphasizing certain strategies,and improving linguistic abilities will contribute to better communication between child and pediatric dentist and to better cooperation and success in treatment. The satisfaction effect is aquirred among the undergraduate students by the new model.更多还原
