基于PBL教学模式的朋辈心理辅导对提高医学毕业生心理适应能力的探索

【摘要】 本文在现有口腔颌面外科临床实习系统中,结合PBL教学模式构建朋辈心理教育平台,将对毕业生的教育延伸到临床实习之外,解决个人心理问题,具有较好的可操作性。在宽松的朋辈环境中,可实现一种主动性、互动性、协作性和开放性的学习模式。可确保学生毕业临床实习时间和质量的同时,提高了解决心理问题的效率,提高医学毕业生的心理适应能力。
【Abstract】 The psychological adaptability of the medical undergraduates was improved in the exploration and practice of peer counseling activities,and it was found:in medical university,undergraduates were received the peer counseling by the mode of problem based learning,that not only conducted for the completion of medical education but also enhanced the successful transformation from medical students to professional doctors.Moreover,the group of young clinical teachers were cultivated to the contingent psychological counselors,and to some extent alleviated currently the shortage of professional psychological teachers in universities.
