以提高实践技能和创新能力为目标的七年制口腔医学人才培养的探索与实践
The exploration and practice of developing seven-year student’s practice skills and innovation ability in Stomatology education

【摘要】 培养高素质、复合型的口腔医学人才是提高人们生活质量、保障口腔健康乃至全身健康的迫切要求,而实践能力和创新潜能是口腔医学人才培养中的薄弱环节。本文就如何提高七年制口腔医学生的实践技能、激发创新潜能、增强社会责任意识及提高综合素质进行了初步的探索和实践。
【Abstract】 To cultivate high quality and comprehensive intellects in Stomatology is the urgent requirement for better life quality,oral and whole body health,while lack of practical skill and innovation potential are the weak sectors of intellect cultivation of Stomatology.The objective of this study is to explore how to improve practical skill,initiate innovation potential,strengthen social responsibility and increase comprehensive quality of seven-year students in Stomatolgy education.
