暂时封固对根管治疗牙冠方微渗漏影响的体外研究
In vitro study of influence of temporary fillings on coronal microleakage of endodontically treated teeth

【摘要】 目的:评价不同暂封材料、暂封方式对根管治疗牙冠方微渗漏的影响;讨论根管治疗牙冠方微渗漏随时间的变化情况。方法:收集成人完整磨牙及前磨牙186颗,依据三种不同暂时封固材料和二种封固方式将样本随机分组,2%亚甲基蓝染色,分别于1周、2周、4周后取出每组样本各10个,制作透明样本,体视显微镜下观察样本微渗漏情况,根据染料渗漏最大长度评分,收集数据并进行统计学分析。结果:①直接暂封组:1周后Cavit-G和Caviton暂封样本微渗漏评分明显低于ZOE暂封样本;2周后Caviton暂封样本微渗漏评分明显低于ZOE、Cavit-G暂封样本;4周后Cavit-G和Caviton暂封样本微渗漏评分明显低于ZOE暂封样本。②间接暂封组:ZOE、Cavit-G及Caviton暂封样本1周、2周和4周后微渗漏评分均较直接暂封组高,即暂封材料下放置棉球增加根管治疗牙冠方微渗漏。ZOE组的直接与间接暂封样本的微渗漏评分差异无统计学意义,Cavit-G和Caviton组的差异有统计学意义。③暂封1周后,ZOE暂封样本微渗漏达髓室底;暂封2周后,Caviton暂封样本微渗漏达髓室底,Cavit-G暂封样本微渗漏达根管上段,根管治疗牙冠方微渗漏随暂封时间延长而增大,两两间的比较具有统计学差异。结论:Caviton冠方暂时封固效果最好,其次为Cavit-G,ZOE封闭能力最差;暂封材料下方放置棉球明显加速Cavit-G和Caviton暂封样本冠方微渗漏;Caviton和Cavit-G用于暂封的适宜时间为2周,ZOE为1周。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the influence of temporary filling materials and filling methods on coronal microleakage of endodontically treated teeth,to discuss the influence of time on the sealing ability of coronal temporary fillings.Methods:186 molars and premolars were collected,than did root canal treatment,there were 6 teeth as positive and negative contrast,the pulp chambers were filled with 3 temporary filling materials with and without cotton pellets.Specimens were stained with dye infiltration,and clearing specimens were made,and microleakage was observed under stereomicroscope and gained the scores,the results were analyzed.Results:①During direct temporary fillings,after 1 week and 4 weeks’ sealing,microleakage scores of Caviton and Cavit - G were statistically lower than ZOE samples;after 2 weeks ’ sealing ,microleakage scores of Caviton samples were statistically lower than Cavit-G、ZOE samples.②During indirect temporary fillings,microleakage scores of ZOE、Cavit- G and Caviton samples were higher than direct temporary fillings.To ZOE samples,there was no statistically difference of microleakage scores between direct and indirect fillings .Coronal microleakage scores of indirect filling samples was statistically greater than direct filling samples of Cavit-G and Caviton after 2 and 4 weeks ’ sealing.③After 1 week ’ s sealing,coronal microleakage of ZOE samples reached to the bottom of pulp chamber;after 2 weeks ’ sealing,coronal microleakage of Caviton samples reached to the bottom of pulp chamber,and Cavit-G samples to the upper part of root canal. Conclusion:①The sealing ability of Caviton was better than Cavit-G and ZOE.②Usage of cotton pellets increased the coronal microleakage of Cavit-G and Caviton samples after more than 2 weeks ’ sealing.③The reasonable time of temporary fillings were 2 weeks of Caviton and Cavit-G,and 1 week of ZOE.
