【摘要】 目的:难治性根尖周炎为临床上按常规方法操作而久治不愈的根尖周炎,其发病原因比较复杂,病程长,复诊次数多,治疗较为棘手。消除病源刺激物,是根尖周病转归的重要环节。根管内封药是完善根管治疗的一个重要步骤,虽然目前临床应用药物种类繁多,但疗效不一。为寻求难治性慢性根尖周炎的治疗方法,作者观察地塞米松-氢氧化钙糊剂根管内封药治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:48例难治性根尖周炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用根管内导入地塞米松-氢氧化钙糊剂,对照组18例采用根管内放入吸干的甲醛甲酚(FC)棉捻,两者均氧化锌暂封。一周后复诊,观察封药后的反应情况。结果:两组封药后疗效显示地塞米松-氢氧化钙糊剂组成功率较甲醛甲酚组高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松与氢氧化钙配伍后,在根管消毒中有较好的疗效,在治疗难治疗性根尖周炎时应作为首选消毒药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:According to conventional methods in the clinical operation,refractory apical periodontitis is persistent.Its etiology is complicated,longer duration,more often, referral and treatment more difficult.Elimination of pathogenic stimuli is an important part for outcome of periapical diseases.Intracanal medication is an important step in root canal therapy.Although a wide range of clinical application of drugs,but the effects vary.In order to seek the treatment of refractory apical periodontitis,the author observed clinical evaluation of Dexamethasone-calcium hydroxide paste used for it in root canal medication.Method:48 cases with refractory apical periodontitis were selected and divided into two groups randomly:treatment group in 30 cases by the root canal import dexamethasone-calcium hydroxide paste,18 cases of control group by root canal into blot formaldehyde cresol(FC)cotton twist,both temporary closure by ZnO.A week later, the author observed the reaction.Result:There are statistical differences between two groups,the success rate of dexamethasone-calcium hydroxide paste is significantly higher than that of FC(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexamethasone-calcium hydroxide paste has good effect and should be the first disinfection medicine in root canal medication.更多还原
