CBCT评价下颌第二磨牙牙根和根管解剖形态研究

【摘要】 目的:用锥形束CT扫描评估下颌第二恒磨牙牙根和根管解剖形态。方法:记录305名患者的性别、牙位、牙根和根管的数目及形态,采用Vertucci分类法对根管构型进行分类描述。结果:在受检样本中,47.21%的下颌第二恒磨牙为融合根,C形根和C型根管的检出率均为41.64%。在两个根的下颌第二恒磨牙中,66.03%近中根管是Ⅳ型,92.31%的远中根管是Ⅰ型。左、右下颌第二恒磨牙C形牙根和C型根管的发生率没有统计学差异。男性和女性的C形牙根和C型根管的发生率没有统计学差异。结论中国西部人群中,下颌第二恒磨牙通常为双根或融合根,C形牙根和C型根管的发生率均较高。

【Abstract】 Introduction:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the root and canal morphology of mandibular second permanent molars in a Chinese population by using cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods:In this study,305 samples were examined by CBCT.Details of sex,tooth position,the number of roots and canals,and the canal configuration were recorded.The root canal configuration was categorized and compared according to Vertucci’s criteria.Results:Overall,47.21%of the mandibular second permanent molars examined had fused roots,and 41.64%had C-shaped roots and canals.In the two-rooted mandibular second permanent molars,66.03%of the mesial root canals were of typeⅣ,and 92.31%of the distal root canals were of typeⅠ. In addition,the incidence of C-shaped roots and canals of mandibular second permanent molars according to sex and the correlations between left-and right-side occurrences showed no statistical significance.Conclusions:Mandibular second permanent molars commonly have fused roots or two roots and a higher prevalence for a C-shaped root canal system in a western Chinese population.
