【摘要】 目的:对精氨酸脱敏牙膏治疗牙本质敏感的疗效进行了解。方法:检索CNKI数据库(中国期刊全文数据库),PubMed,Web of science和循证医学Cochrane临床试验注册库(Cochrane Trials Register,CTR)中关于精氨酸牙膏治疗牙本质敏感的临床随机对照试验的文献。并利用Google搜索引擎查找未发表文献以弥补数据库的遗漏。检索时间截止至2010年10月。对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果:共计纳入4篇文献,总样本量316人,Meta分析结果显示:第8周触压敏感测试SMD=1.32(95%可信区间:0.68,1.96),冷空气喷吹检测Meta分析结果SMD=-0.77(95%可信区间:-1.22,-0.32),提示精氨酸牙膏治疗牙本质敏感效果较含钾牙膏有显著统计学差异,疗效较佳。结论:目前文献表明,精氨酸牙膏治疗牙本质敏感效果显著。但因纳入的随机临床对照试验数量较少,尚有待更多高质量的大样本随机对照试验予以进一步证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To use Meta-analysis technique to estimate the effectiveness of arginine containing toothpastes in reducing dentine hypersensitivity.Methods:The following databases were retrieved:Cochrane Trials Register;PubMed;Web of Science and CNKI(all databases searched until October 2010).Google were searched for any missing information.Researched papers about randomized controlled trials(RCTs) were selected in which the dentine hypersensitivity analysis of arginine containing toothpastes were included.Selected papers were analyzed by qualitative synthesis method,then exacted and Meta-analysis.Results:4 studies met the eligibility criteria.The data of the 4 studies were included in the Meta-analysis which showed the statistically significant effect of arginine containing toothpaste on air blast and tactile sensitivity at 8 weeks.The Meta-analysis of tactile sensitivity showed a standardized mean difference in sensitivity score of 1.32(95%CI:0.68 to 1.96 ) and air blast in sensitivity score of -0.77(95% CI:-1.22 to -0.32 ) in favour of treatment.Conclusion:The evidence generated by this review is based on a small number of individuals and showed the statistically significant effect of arginine containing toothpaste for dentine hypersensitivity.Furthermore,further evaluations in adequately powered large RCTs are needed to confirm these findings.So no clear evidence is available for the support of arginine containing toothpastes for dentine hypersensitivity.更多还原
