【摘要】 目的:探讨年龄和性别因素对离子交换树脂转移钙离子能力的影响,为再矿化治疗提供理论依据。方法:将不同年龄和性别新鲜离体牙釉质小块,经喷粉抛光技术处理表面后（对照组不处理）,分别浸泡在⁴⁵Ca离子交换树脂生理盐水溶液中,经0.5、2、12小时后,测量放射活度计数。结果:各年龄组转移到釉质中钙离子的含量有男性高于女性的趋势和随年龄增加而转入量减少的趋势。实验组和对照组经配对t检验（p<0.005）,统计学具有显著性差异。结论:不同年龄和性别是影响离子交换树脂转移钙离子进入牙釉质的重要因素之一,对于女性和高龄患者增加转入时间是有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of age and gender on calcium ion transferation to enamel surface by ion exchange resin after airpolishing technique,and provide theoretic basis for remineralization therapy.Methods:Fresh ex vivo enamel pieces from individuals of different ages and gender were first treated the surfaces by airpolishing method（control group not treated）,then they were immersed into the ⁴⁵Ca ion exchange resin and CaCl₂ solutions for 0.5 hour,2 hours and 12hours respectively.After that, the radiation activity from all samples were measured.Results:The volume of calcium ion transffered into enamel was higher in male groups than that in female groups;and there is a decreasing trend with the increase of age in all groups.There is statistically sifnificances between exprerimental and control groups proved by paired t-test（p<0.005）.Conclusions:Theage and gender are two important factors affecting calcium ion transferation into enamel by ion exchange resin,and it would be more effective to increase the time of transferation for female and older patients.更多还原
