【摘要】 目的:比较断冠再接和复合树脂直接修复两种方法修复前牙冠折后剪切强度的差异。方法:自制的恒上颌中切牙冠折模型36个,随机等分为A、B两组,A组采用自酸蚀粘结剂Clearfil SE Bond进行断冠再接、B组采用Clearfil SE Bond和复合树脂Clearfil AP-X进行直接修复;再接后再次置于万能试验机上,以同样的方法加载至折裂;计算再接后切牙能恢复的剪切强度,即再接后牙的剪切力除以完整牙的剪切力(%)。结果:两组修复后的剪切力分别为:(326.78±70.66)N,(351.74±54.11)N,无明显统计学差异(t=1.190,P=0.242)。结论:前牙冠折后断冠再接和复合树脂直接修复两种方法的剪切强度没有明显的差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 METHODS:Thirty-six anterior crown fractured modes were divided into two groups randomly,with 18 in each group.Group A was reattached by the original fragment,while group B rebuilt-up by the composite resin.Then the specimens were again submitted to an axial compression test in a Universal Testing Machine in 24 hours.The spade was put on the buccal surface of the tooth with a speed of 1 mm/min and a maximum limit of 10 kN until tooth fractured.RESULTS:The mean shear bond strength of group B is not statistically higher than group A(t=1.190,P=0.242).CONCLUSION:The shear bond strength of the composite resin build-up were not better than the fragment reattachment.更多还原
