【摘要】 目的:比较采用脉冲Nd:YAG激光、微波热凝及75%氟化钠甘油三种方法治疗牙本质敏感症的疗效。方法:将153例牙本质过敏症患者随机分为三组,每组51例,分别施以前述三种方法治疗。结果:治疗后即刻、3个月、6个月总有效率比较,脉冲Nd:YAG激光组分别为100%、94.11%、92.16%,微波热凝组分别为100%、92.16%、86.28%,75%氟化钠甘油组分别为92.16%、74.51%、66.67%,后者与前两者比较,即刻疗效无显著差异(P>0.05),但治疗后3个月、6个月疗效均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用脉冲Nd:YAG激光或微波热凝方法治疗牙本质敏感症,其疗效均优于75%氟化钠甘油的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To compare the effects of a pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation,microwave tissue coagulation and 75% sodium fluoride and glycerol in treatment of dentine hypersensitivity.METHODS:153 cases of dentine hypersensitivity were devided in 3 groups in random and each therapy was applied in one group.RESULTS:The immediate,3 months and 6 months effectiveness rates were compared:the rates of group treated a pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation were 100%、94.11%、92.16% correspondingly;the rates of group treated with microwave tissue coagulation were 100%,92.16%,86.28%;the rates of group treated with 75%sodium fluoride and glycerol were 92.16%、74.51%、66.67%.There was no significant difference between the immediate effectiveness rates of the latter and the former two groups(P>0.05),the difference between the 3 months and 6 months effectiveness rates of the latter and the former two groups was of significance(P<0.05).CONLUSION:Application of a pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation or microwave tissue coagulation in treatment of dentine hypersensitivity has a better effect than use of 75% sodium fluoride and glycerol.更多还原
