【摘要】 目的:通过对因处理不当引起牙体及牙周硬组织联合吸收再植患牙的组织学观察,探索其发病机制及防治方法;方法:对发生多种硬组织吸收的患牙进行临床检查,对拔除的患牙常规固定、脱钙、包埋、切片、HE染色、镜下观查;结果:发生硬组织吸收的患牙髓腔侧根管壁及牙根面均有较多吸收陷窝,可见多核的破牙细胞,牙体组织包括牙本质、牙骨质及固有牙槽骨表现为吸收与形成交替存在,肉芽组织含较多的成纤维细胞、胶原纤维及钙化结节,并伴有大量的淋巴细胞浸润;结论:成牙本质细胞、牙髓成纤维细胞、牙周韧带细胞参与破牙细胞和(或)破骨细胞的分化及相关硬组织的吸收过程;再植牙的治疗应有效控制这些细胞的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:The aim is to explore the mechanism of internal-external resorption of replanted teeth and to seek treating methods through analyzing clinical cases.METHODS:Replanted teeth which had internal-external resorption were examined clinically.The splices were analyzed pathologically by dyeing with HE method and checking with the microscope. RESULTS:There were many resorbed cavities in dentinal walls and root surfaces.The odontoclasts could be observed,resorption and formation of teeth existed alternately.The granulation contained a lot of fibroblasts、fibers and lymphocytes.CONCLUSIONS: Odontoblasts,pulp-fibroblasts and periodontal ligament cells participate in the differentiation of odontoclasts and the resorption of teeth,so treatment of replanted teeth should regulate these cells effectively.更多还原
