【摘要】 目的:评价显微镜下三氧化物多聚体(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)用于根尖屏障的临床疗效。方法:选取根尖孔未闭合并伴有根尖炎的恒牙8颗,在根管显微镜下用MTA严密封闭根尖开放部位,硬固后根管行热牙胶充填,定期复查。结果:经过0.5-2年的复查所有病例在治疗后均无临床不适症状,X线片显示5颗患牙根尖阴影明显缩小,3颗完全消失。结论:MTA是一种较理想的根尖屏障修补材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of open apical teeth with chronic periodontitis using mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA).METHODS:Eight cases,with open canal system,were filled with MTA to creat a 3-5mm apical barrier under operative microscope..The remainder of the canals was filled with ObturaⅡgutta-percha.Then the teeth were rechecked regularly.RESULTS:All the cases had no clinical symptoms after treatment.The recall radiographs indicated that the apical radiolucent areas of the teeth with pre-existing apical lesion decreased apparently or disappeared completely. CONCLUSION:MTA may be an ideal material in treatment of teeth with open apices in adults.更多还原
