【摘要】 目的:根管治疗中断针取出失败的根管充填药物选择和评价.方法:实验组采用旁通法对20颗断针离体牙进行断针冠端上扩挫,用塑化材料及根充糊剂牙胶进行根管充填,对照组对20颗断针离体牙用塑化材料及根充糊剂牙胶进行充填治疗,用透明牙法对比各组的充填效果结果;①旁通法处理的离体牙充填后的封闭效果优于未经处理的离体牙(p<0.05);②直接充填断针根管组中塑化治疗优于糊剂牙胶充填效果(p<0.05);③旁通根管后塑化治疗与糊剂牙胶充填治疗效果相似(p>0.05)。结论:临床上断针无法取出时可采取旁通处理后使用根充糊剂牙胶充填根管的方法进行处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To choose and analyze the techniques and medicines about the root canals which has failed to removal of broken instruments..METHODS:40 root canals with broken instruments randomly divided into two groups at two different position(20 root canals each group) were treated by highly expanded and routine root canal preparation.Each group was also filled by resinifying solution,zinc oxide eugenol paste and gutta-percha point.RESULTS:The distance between the top of the broken instrument and filling material by the method of transparent tooth is considered as the effect of apical seal.The effect of apical seal shows that highly expanded root canals are better than routine root canal preparation canals;Resinifying solution group is better than zinc oxide eugenol paste group when the root canals are routine preparation;The effect of resinifying solution group and zinc oxide eugenol group are similar in the highly expanded root canals.CONCLUSION:Highly expanded root canals,zinc oxide eugenol paste and gutta-percha point is proved to be effective way in the management of root canals with broken instruments which can not be extracted.更多还原
