【摘要】 目的:应用大锥度手用锉冠向下根管预备法对须进行根管治疗的患牙进行根管预备,观察其清除根管内感染物质存留情况,及根管预备修整重塑的速度和根管形态.方法:选有牙髓炎症状患牙30颗,治疗前拍x片,常规局麻下去腐,开髓,揭顶,充分暴露根管口,形成根管直线通道,拔髓,电测法测定根管工作长度,采用冠向下根管预备法,应用大锥度手用锉进行根管预备。结果:在根管预备中应用大锥度手用锉可有效清除根管内感染物质存留情况,且可极大提高根管预备修整重塑的速度,使根管呈倒锥形的良好根管形态.结论:在根管预备中应用大锥度手用锉冠向下根管预备法预备技术,可达到完善的根管预备,为根管充填提供很好的前提条件.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Application Great taper hand Files and crown-down technique for the required root canal treatment of teeth for root canal preparation.To observe the removal of root canal infection remaining material,and the root canal preparation remodeling finishing speed and morphous of root canal.METHODS:There are 30 teeth with pulpitis symptoms,radiography before treatment,conventional under local anesthesia remove the necrotic tissue,opening of pulp chamber,Unroofing,root canal straight channel was established,extirpation of pulp,electrometric methods determination of root canal length,adopt crown down technique, apply Great taper hand files to root canal preparation.RESULTS:In the root canal preparation with Great taper hand files can effectively clear the infected root canal material,and can greatly increase the root canal preparation remodeling finishing speed,So that root canal inverted cone-shaped which is good root canal morphous.CONCLUSION:The apply root canal preparation Great taper hand files and crown-down technique to prepare root canal,can be achieved to flawless root canal preparation,For root canal obturation to provide a favourable prerequisite for.更多还原
