不同充填材料和边缘嵴厚度对于隧道洞型的修复牙体边缘嵴强度的影响

【摘要】 目的:本实验旨在评价在保留不同厚度的边缘嵴情况下进行隧道洞型预备后的牙体在使用不同种类的充填材料后的边缘嵴强度。方法:120颗因正畸需要拔除的健康前磨牙被随机分成3组(40×3),分别保留1.5mm,2.5mm和3.5mm的边缘嵴厚度进行隧道洞型预备。实验组中,每随机抽取10个样本使用同种粘接材料进行充填修复,共计使用4种材料(KetacAplicap,3M/ESPE,Germany;Fuji IX,GC,Tokyo,Japan;Fuji II LC,GC,Tokyo,Japan;Beautifil Flow F02,Shofu Inc,Kyoto,Japan)。另外10颗未经预备的完整牙体设为空白对照组。将所有样本进行动态梯度压力测试,记录边缘嵴折裂前的最大能量指标(Maximum Energy Index,MEI)。所得数据进行Two-way ANOVA和One-way ANOVA分析,组间比较行Scheffe’s test和StudentT-test.结果:Two-way ANOVA结果显示边缘嵴厚度(P<0.0001)和充填材料种类(P<0.0001)对于MEI有显著影响。在相同边缘嵴厚度条件下,4种材料抗折性能趋势为FujiⅨ<Ketac Aplicap<FujiⅡLC<Beautifil Flow F02。当边缘嵴厚度为2.5mm时,四种材料充填后的隧道修复牙体的MEI达到峰值,其中Beautifil Flow F02充填修复的牙体其MEI与天然牙相比无显著差异。结论:隧道洞型修复后牙体边缘嵴强度与充填材料和保留的边缘嵴厚度有关。在使用合适的充填材料情况下,预备隧道洞型时保留合适的边缘嵴厚度,充填修复后的牙齿其边缘嵴强度与天然牙之间无显著性差异。

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of the study is to investigate the strength of the marginal ridge of tunnel preparations with different marginal ridge thickness using different restorative materials.Materials and Methods:120 sound premolars were random divided into 3 groups and standardized tunnel prepared maintaining marginal ridge thickness of 1.5mm,2.5mm and 3.5mm,respectively.In each group,every 10 samples were filled with a kind of newly developed adhesive materials which is never been used in tunnel preparation and totally four kinds of materials(Ketac Aplicap,3M/ESPE,Germany;FujiⅨ,GC,Tokyo,Japan;FujiⅡLC,GC,Tokyo, Japan;Beautifil Flow F02,Shofu Inc,Kyoto,Japan) were tested.A group of 10 sound teeth was set up as control.All the teeth were subjected to incremental dynamic forces and a maximum energy index(MEI) was calculated.Data was analyzed using one and two-way analysis of variance.Comparison between groups were applied using Scheffe’s test(P<0.05) and Student T-Test (P<0.05).ResuIts:Both materials(P<0.0001) and remaining marginal ridge thickness(P<0.0001) have significant influence on the MEI of tunnel prepared teeth.At the 2.5mm of thickness,no difference in MEI existed between groups of Beautifil Flow F02 filled teeth and sound teeth.Significance:The marginal ridge strength of tunnel restored teeth was related to appropriate restorative material as well as acceptable remaining marginal ridge thickness.
