【摘要】 目的:评价自酸蚀(一步法)粘接剂用于牙颈部非龋性硬组织缺损直接修复的长期效果。方法:按照纳入标准与排除标准选择诊断为楔状缺损的患者20例,每位患者选择3或6颗牙齿,共69颗患牙。知情同意后记录术前情况。随机使用SE Bond(SE)、Adper Prompt(AP)或G-Bond(GB)进行缺损修复。按照清洁牙面、比色、隔湿、排龈、预备粘接面、粘接、树脂修复、成形和抛光完成的步骤进行修复。治疗后一周进行即刻评价,术后6个月复查。按照改良USPHS标准对修复体固位、边缘适合性、边缘着色、牙龈状况与继发龋情况进行评价。详细记录修复体失败原因及失访原因。结果:6个月复查时,无患者失访。复查的69例修复体中,AP有1个修复体(AP组)脱落,其余修复体固位良好。未脱落修复体边缘适合性均良好。三种粘接剂均有少量修复体出现边缘着色,其中SE组3个、AP组2个、GB组1个修复体,均为表浅着色,临床抛光可去除。GB组有两例修复体龈缘轻度水肿,其余修复体牙龈状况良好。所有复查修复体无继发龋发生。4例术前有敏感症状的患牙复查时原来症状消失。结论:6个月的临床观察结果表明,自酸蚀(一步法)粘接剂(AP、GB)与两步法(SE)均达到ADA粘接修复材料的近期要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical performance of one-step self-etching adhesives in non-carious cervical lesions. Method:Twenty patients with 69 non-carious cervical lesions were recruited according to the inclusive and exclusive criteria.After informed consent,the baseline information was recorded.Treatment was provided with SE Bond(SE),Adper Prompt(AP) or G-Bond(GB) following the same restoration protocol.Final polishing was performed one week later.The subjects were recalled at six months interval according to a modified USPHS criteria,in which retention,marginal adaptation,marginal staining were taken as key items.Reasons for restoration failure and loss of recall were recorded.Result:All patients returned at six-month recall. Sixty-nine restorations in twenty patients were evaluated.One restoration of AP was lost.Marginal adaptation was good for all of the retained restorations.Marginal staining was observed in SE(three restorations),AP(two restorations),and GB(one restoration) which were superficial and removable by polishing.Gingival status of two restorations was scored"B".No recurrent caries was observed.Sensitivity symptoms were no longer complained by four patients at recall.Conclusion:One-step(AP,GB) and two-step (SE) self-etching adhesives fulfiled the short term acceptance criteria of ADA.更多还原
