【摘要】 目的:探讨咽及咽旁间隙肿瘤切除术的最佳进路。方法:采用下颌骨切开外旋入路切除咽旁间隙肿瘤11例,均位于咽旁间隙区,并1例肿瘤突向上腭部。结果:经下颌骨切开外旋,手术视野暴露充分。11例病变均获得彻底切除,疗效满意,未见明显功能受损及严重并发症。结论:下颌骨切开外旋入路切除咽及咽旁间隙肿瘤,具有暴露充分,不易损伤面神经,安全可靠的特点,特别适用于咽及咽旁间隙特殊病变,腮腺深叶至上腭的巨大肿瘤的切除。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find a better approach for the resection of pharyngeal and parapharyngeal space(pps)tumors.Methods:11 cases of parapharyngeal space tumors were thoroughly resected via mandibular swing approaches,are locate parapharyngeal space,and 1 cases of tumors was heading up palate.Results:The mandible swing approach established a convenieat avenue of exit for the retromandibular tumors of the parotid;almost no injuries to 7th nerve or other complication were documented.Conclusion:Mandible swing approach for excision of retromendibular tumors of parotid exhibited for following advantages.更多还原
