【摘要】 目的:探讨颈动脉体瘤的诊断和治疗经验。方法:回顾我院1996～2005年收治的10例颈动脉体瘤病例,分析其临床特点、影像学表现、手术方法和疗效情况。结果:10例颈动脉体瘤患者,男4例,女6例,平均年龄为38.7岁,其中1例为双侧颈动脉体瘤,7例患者术前行数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA),4例行临时球囊阻断(temporary balloon occlusion,TBO)试验,其中1例为TBO阳性,6例颈动脉体瘤被单纯剥离切除,3例行包括颈外动脉在内的瘤体切除术,1例行颈内动脉结扎的瘤体切除术,1例行人工血管重建颈内动脉。所有病例随访1-10年无复发、无死亡。结论:颈动脉体瘤患者术前完善检查和准备非常重要,数字减影血管造影在诊断中具有良好作用。较小的肿瘤可以完整剥除;与颈外动脉包绕紧密的一并切除颈外动脉;与颈内动脉包绕紧密难以剥离的最好行血管重建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of carotid body tumors(CBT).Methods:In retrospect of clinical data of diagnosis and operation of 10 cases CBT patients hospitalized from 1996 to 2005.The clinical symptom, imaging characteristic,operation method and effects were analyzed.Results:Four male patients and six female patients(averaged 38.7 years old) were analyzed.One patient had bilateral tumors.Seven patients were performed preoperative digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and four patients were performed temporary balloon occlusion(TBO),one of which was TBO positive.Six patients underwent simple CBT enucleation.Three CBT patients underwent external carotid artery resection.One CBT patient was resected along with ligation of internal carotid artery,and one CBT underwent en bloc resection with carotid artery reconstruction.No patient death or recurrence was found in 1-10 years follow up.Conclusion:It is important to examine and prepare completely pre-operation in CBT surgery.DSA shows good effect in the diagnosis of CBT.Enucleation can be done for small CBT.External carotid artery can be removed with CBT if it is involved tightly.Reconstruction of the internal CA can be done if the internal CA is involved seriously.更多还原
