【摘要】 目的:探讨SOD2、Ki-67在舌白斑中的表达及意义。方法:对19例正常舌黏膜,31例舌白斑的石蜡切片用免疫组化检测SOD2、Ki-67的表达,同时对其表达水平进行统计学分析。结果:在正常舌粘膜上皮中SOD2主要表达于基底层和棘层细胞胞浆,而Ki-67则位于基底层细胞胞核中。与正常舌黏膜比较,舌白斑组织中SOD2的表达明显上升(P<0.001),而Ki-67的表达也明显升高(P<0.05)。舌白斑中不同年龄和不同性别患者SOD2、Ki-67的表达没有明显差异。结论:舌白斑的发生可能与SOD2和Ki-67表达的上升有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of S0D2 and Ki67 in tongue leukoplakia.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to quantify the Expression levels of SOD2 and Ki67 in 19 normal tongue mucosa,31 tongue leukoplakia.Statistical analysis was done with SPSS.Results:For the normal tongue mucosa,S0D2 staining was detected in cytoplasm of stratum basale and stratum spinosum for the normal tongue mucosa and Ki67 staining was observed in the nucleus of the basalcell. The staining intensity for S0D2 and Ki67 was significandy higher in tongue leukoplakia when compared with the normal tongue mucosa (P<0.001).For different age and gender,the expression level of SOD2 and Ki67 was no significant difference.Conclusion:The higher expression of S0D2 and Ki67 might be related to the incidence of tongue leukoplakia.更多还原
