基于TRIZ理论的机械装备感性设计研究

【摘要】 随着现代制造业的振兴,人们对机械装备综合品质需求日益提高,以功能技术为主的机械装备受限于材料、结构、工艺等因素,工业设计导入困难。鉴于此,将TRIZ理论中的矛盾解决法、理想化解及进化预测技术等方法,应用到感性设计中,通过对产品物化设计要素与感性设计要素矛盾的挖掘与映射,建立符合机械装备工业设计要求的理想化模型及感性意象进化趋势,构建感性设计创新应用表,为寻求设计中的功能技术和艺术形式最优解提供依据。以万能液压试验机设计为例进行验证,结果表明方法合理可行。
【Abstract】 With the re-energizing of the modern manufacture, people will concentrate on enhancing the integrated quality of modern machinery. Because the mechanical equipment is mainly oriented by function, the design is limited by the material, structure, technology and other factors, so it is difficult to input industrial design to get a good integrated quality. Therefore, some TRIZ methods, including conflict resolution matrix, ideal solution and evolutionary prediction, are combined with Kansei Engineering to improve the design of mechanical equipment. Through mining and mapping the conflict between the product design elements and the kansei image factors, the idealized product model and the evolutionary trends of kansei image are presented, which is according with the design requirements. Also the innovative application table of kansei design is built. They will provide for an optimal solution between function and art form in mechanical equipment. The case study with the hydraulic universal testing machine design shows that the method is feasible and reasonable.
