激光3D投影技术研究

【摘要】 大尺寸部件在生产制造过程中,需要进行高精度定位、铺层等工作,激光3D投影系统可以将已有的CAD模型聚焦成像到部件曲面上,辅助完成定位、铺层等工作,提高工作效率及精度。通过重点研究激光3D投影技术原理,建立投影系统数学模型,最后采用MATLAB根据数学模型进行仿真验证,仿真结果证明该投影模型的正确性。激光3D投影成像技术可以提高制造过程中的一致性和准确性,降低制造成本,实现数字化生产等。
【Abstract】 In the manufacturing process,the large-size components need high-precision positioning, laying and so on. The CAD model could be focused and imaged on the surface by the laser 3D projection system, which could assist to complete the positioning and lying. And also improved the efficiency and accuracy. By especially studying on the principle of laser 3D projection, a mathematical model of the projection system had been build, then it had been verified its correctness though MATLAB. The simulation result improved the correctness of this model. The projection imaging technology can improve the consistency and accuracy in manufacturing process; it also can reduce manufacturing costs, in order to make the digital production come true.
