用RT-PCR检测Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒

【摘要】 取北京郊区某鸭场的病鸭肝脏制备病料,接种12日龄鸭胚尿囊腔及2日龄健康雏鸭,应用RT-PCR方法对病鸭的肝脏悬液及鸭胚尿囊液进行检测并测序,确定所分离的病毒为Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒。
【Abstract】 Livers of diseased ducks in Beijing district were made disease materials.Disease materials were inoculated in 12 days duck embryo allantoid cavity and healthy ducks of 2 days.Livers of diseased ducks and duck embryo allantoid cavity liquid were proved by RT-PCR and sequence mensuration that the serotype of the isolated virus was the TypeⅠ.
