【摘要】 目的对不同年龄高黏滞综合征(HVS)的血液流变性的特点进行分析。方法检测老年组与中年组的血液流变学各项指标,同时对其症状、伴随的疾病做出分析,并提出干预措施。结果中青年组男性的全血黏度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集率高于老年组男性(P<0.01),中青年组女性全血黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原同样高于老年女性,老年组女性血浆粘度高于中青年女性,而老年组的红细胞变形指数明显低于中青年组。结论血液流变性的异常和导致HVS的各种因素在中年人中表现得比较明显,而老年人的HVS与其他疾病互相影响、互为因果,最终导致心脏病、脑血管病、糖尿病和高血压病等严重后果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of characteristics of hemorheology in people with high viscosity syndrome in different ages.Methods To measure various items of hemorheology in old-aged group and in middle-aged group, and to analyse the symptoms and diseases corresponding to all the hemorrheologic items and to present intervention study.Results The levels of viscosity of whole blood,plasma viscisity,plasminogen,and erythrocyte aggregation were much higher in middle-aged male group and in male youth group than those in old-aged male group,and the levels of all the above-mentioned items except plasma viscisity were much higher in middle-aged female group and in male youth group than those in old-aged female group,the level of plasma viscisity was much higher in old-aged female group than in middle-aged female group.The level of red blood cell deformation index was much lower in old-aged female group than in middle-aged female group.Conclusions the abnormalities of hemorheology and various factors leading to high viscosity syndrome were much obvious in middle-aged group,high viscosity syndrome in old-aged people was relative to other diseases and eventually led to serious consequences such as cerebrovascular disease,diabetes mellitus and hypertension.更多还原
