红外线对萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜及血液流变恢复的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨红外线对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠胃黏膜及血液流变恢复的影响的影响。方法将30只成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组及红外治疗组。应用2%水杨酸钠和30%酒精的混合溶液灌胃8周,刺激大鼠胃黏膜,并结合劳累、饥饱失常等多因素方法建立大鼠CAG模型。红外线治疗采用220V,200W的红外线灯,垂直照射大鼠胃部投影区,每日1次,每次10min,连续照射20d。光镜下观察胃黏膜厚度、炎症程度及壁细胞的形态、结构等变化,免疫组化法检测Cyclin D1的表达情况。结果模型组大鼠胃黏膜变薄(P<0.01)。光镜下可见胃黏膜层腺体细胞明显萎缩,炎细胞浸润,部分标本粘液腺化生,CyclinD1表达率为33.3%。经红外线照射后,病理形态学观察可见大鼠胃黏膜增厚,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),炎细胞明显减少(P<0.05),胃上皮细胞的形态、结构、结积均恢复或接近正常;CyclinD1表达率为71.4%。对大鼠的全血和血浆的血液粘度进行了观测,比较发现正常组、红外线组大鼠的血液流变与模型组均有明显差异。结论红外线是治疗大鼠萎缩性胃炎的一种有效途径。萎缩性胃炎大鼠在红外线刺激下,病理形态学指标得以改善,Cyclin D1表达增强。随着病情的好转,其血液流变学指标也大有改善,趋于正常。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of gastric mucosa and blood recovery by infrared for chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)in rat.Method 30 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and infrared group.Chronic atrophic gastritis model in rats was made by pouring medicine which was a kind of mixed liquor including 2%sodium salicylate and 30%alcohol down throat for 8 weeks to stimulate the rat’ s gastric mucosa,combining with irregular fasting and compulsive sporting as pathogenic factors.Infrared rays bulb(220V,200W)was used for the treatment on CAG in rats,radiated at the gastric projective area vertically,10 min/d for twenty days.The histopathological changes such as the thickness of gastric mucosa,the inflammatory degrees in gastric mucosa,the morphology and structure of parietal cells were observed under optical microscope,the expression of cyclinD1 was detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results In model group,the pathologic morphological changes in gastric mucosa such as thinner mucous(P<0.01),atrophic glands, notable inflammatory infiltration.Some glands were mucous metaplasia.the positive rate of CycinD1 was 33.3%。After infrared rays irradiated for 20 days,the thickness of gastric mucosa was significantly thicker than that in model control group(P<0.01),the gastric mucosal inflammatory cells were decreased(P<0.05).Morphologic, structure and volume of the parietal cells were all recuperated or closed to normal,the positive rate of CyclinD1 was 71.4%。The whole blood and blood plasma viscosity of rat had been observed,compared to model group, significantly difference was existed in infrared group and normal group.Conclusion It is an effective way for the treatment on chronic atrophic gastritis in rat by infrared rays.The pathomorphology indicators were ameliorated; the expression of CyclinD1 was improved.Hemonheology also greatly improved,normalized with the disease improving.
