绝缘体中金属离子注入合成纳米颗粒的理论研究

【摘要】 本文从理论上提出了利用离散电子态计算绝缘体中金属纳米颗粒Fermi能级的方法,并计算得出金属纳米颗粒的能级结构,得到了计算金属纳米颗粒尺寸的新公式,该理论可解释相关现象。本文设计了相关实验,初步验证了该理论的正确性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we theoretically proposed the method using discrete electronic states in the calculation of Fermi-level of metal nanoparticles in the insulator, and also calculated the structures of metal nanoparticles energy levels, the energy splitting of electrons around Fermi-level which is different from the Kubo theory and the new formula for computing metal nanoparticles size. The theory can explain much known phenomenon. Additionally, the relevant experiments presented in the paper have elementarily verified the correctness of the theory.
