微细粉尘双极荷电凝并电场极配优化

【摘要】 为使微细粉尘在凝并电场内充分荷电以保证良好的凝并性能,通过极配优化试验,对电晕线形式、极间距及电晕线间距等要素进行了系统分析,确立了优化设计参数。引入高频供电方式,并对其伏安特性、产生空间离子浓度、对凝并性能的影响等与常规工频电源进行了试验对比。结果表明:凝并电场宜选用平板型接地极,电晕线采用V15针刺线或SG20双角钢芒刺线,极间距250mm,V15线电晕线间距以100mm左右、SG20线以50mm左右为佳;高频供电能显著提升凝并电场内电场强度、空间离子浓度及微细粉尘凝并效果。
【Abstract】 In order to make fine particles charged sufficiently in agglomeration electric field and then ensure excellent agglomeration performance,all factors including corona wire type,wire to plate spacing and wire to wire spacing has been analyzed by electrode matching experiments and optimized parameters were established.High frequency power supply mode was introduced and comparative analysis onⅤ-Ⅰcharactiristics,concentration of space ion generated and effect on agglomeration performance with traditional power supply mode were conducted.Results illustrate that optimum design parameters of agglomeration electric field were shown as follows,straight plate as earthed electodes,V15 or SG20 type wire as corona electrodes,wire to plate spacing 250mm,wire to wire spacing 100mm for V15 and 50mm for SG20,and high frequency power supply can markedly enlarge the electric field strength, concentration of space ion of agglomeration electric field and improve agglomeration performance of fine particles finally.
