并联式电袋复合除尘器气流分布的数值模拟

【摘要】 本文介绍了并联式电袋复合除尘器的结构和研究现状,分析了影响电袋复合式除尘器除尘效率的因素;采用Gambit软件建立除尘器本体部分的三维结构模型,对计算区域进行网格划分,然后利用Fluent6.2软件确定边界条件,采用K-双方程模型和SIMPLE算法对电袋除尘器内的气体流场进行了数值模拟;并做出速度流线图和截面的速度云图,得出速度的均方差值,分析了并联式电袋复合除尘器的气流分布情况和气流分布不均的原因;通过对气流分布板和极板设置适合的开孔率改善来气流分布,计算结果显示改进极板开孔率可以使气流分布均匀。其数值模拟结果较为合理可作为电袋除尘器结构设计优化的参考依据。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the structure and research status of parallel—type Electrostatic Fabric Filter and analyzed the factors influencing collection efficiency.Three-dimensional structure model of the precipitator was established using software of Gambit which also meshed the calculating region.And then carried on the number simulation of the air distribution characteristic with software of fluent 6.2,determined the boundary conditions, calculated with standard k-ε2-equation model and SIMPLE algorithm;Then draw the path line and contour chart of the cross-section,obtained the mean square deviation value, analyzed the airflow distribution situation and the reasons for its uneven;By setting appropriate opening rate of the airflow distribution plates and collection plates to improve the air distribution situation.The results show that the airflow distribution can be uniformed by improving the opening rate of the collection plates.The numerical simulation result is more reasonable and can be used as the reference of optimizing the structural design of Electrostatic Fabric Filter.
