【摘要】 本文简述了旋转电极式电除尘器的原理和特点,并重点介绍了旋转电极式电除尘器在包头第一热电厂和达拉特发电厂的工业应用。以300MW机组配套除尘设备为例,在30mg/Nm~3粉尘排放前提下,对旋转电极式电除尘器、常规电除尘器、布袋除尘器、电袋复合除尘器的技术特点、经济性进行了比较分析,得出旋转电极式电除尘器不但能达到30mg/Nm~3以下的出口粉尘浓度,并具有较好的经济性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the principles and characteristics of Rotating Electrode type Electrical Precipitator,and focuses on the industrial application in BaoTou First Thermal Power Plant and DaLaTe Power Plant.Taking a 300 MW unit supporting dust removal equipment as an example,in the 30 mg/Nm~3 dust emissions premise,the technical features, economics of Rotating Electrode type Electrical Precipitator,conventional Electrostatic Precipitator, Fabric Filter,Compact Hybrid Particulate Collector are compared and analyzed. The result shows that Rotating Electrode type Electrical Precipitator can not only satisfy 30 mg/Nm~3 dust emission and has a good economic performance.更多还原
