超细颗粒物湍流聚并理论与数值模拟

【摘要】 构建了湍流聚并器内超细颗粒物聚并模型,引入全范围惯性颗粒的湍流聚并核函数,将双流体模型和颗粒群平衡模型(PBM)进行耦合计算。采用分区算法对模型进行数值求解,将计算结果同实验结果进行了比较,有效的说明了模型的合理性和湍流聚并的可行性。并发现随着流速增加聚并效果有所增强。
【Abstract】 The ultrafine particles turbulent coalescence model framework was established in turbulent coalescence device,and the turbulence coalescence kernel function of inertial particles in full range was introduced.Coupled two-fluid model and particle population balance model by using the discrete method.Compared the calculated results with the experimental, illustrated that the rationality of the model and the feasibility of turbulence clustering effectively,and found that the coalescence effect improved as velocity increase.
