三齿轮连杆机构传动特性分析及设计
Design and Motion Analysis of Three-gear Linkage

【摘要】 根据三齿轮连杆机构的传动函数,分析该机构的三种输出特性,即单向连续转动、带瞬停的单向连续转动、以及带回转的单向连续转动;在此基础上,建立机构运动综合的实用工具,可根据给定的输出类型,给出选型条件,确定机构的运动尺寸范围等;并创建机构的三维实体模型,实现机构尺寸的系列化设计。能够提高机构及产品开发设计的自动化和智能化水平。
【Abstract】 The main topics of this paper are to design three-gear linkage mechanism based on its kinematic characteristics.Firstly,three kinds of output characteristic:one-way continuous rotation,one-way continuous rotation with instantaneous stop,and continuous rotation with slewing characteristic are obtained according to the transmission function of three-gear linkage mechanism.And then,the motion characteristics,size range and selection condition of this mechanism are investigated;3D models are established and series designing of the mechanism size is achieved.Thes ystem developed is able to helping to comprehensively analyzes three-gear linkage mechanism,and improve the automation and intelligent level of technical product.
