实用凸轮机构系统创新及其智能化设计平台
Systematic innovation and intelligent design platform with Cam Mechanisms

【摘要】 单一的凸轮机构及其含凸轮的组合机构在轻工工业中得到了广泛的应用,特别是在自动化机械系统中起着重要的作用。传统的凸轮机构从设计到生产的主要步骤是运动规划、运动规律确定、机构类型拟定、机构运动尺寸确定、凸轮轮廓设计及其加工参数计算、机构结构设计、技术图纸完成、加工生产。本报告从实用的角度重点讨论了凸轮设计中的几个关键技术问题:系统拟定、运动设计、以及结构设计中的几个实用问题。介绍了德国在凸轮机构的创新设计中,如何运用系统性、综合性、交互性、实用性的设计理念把凸轮的概念设计、运动设计、尺度设计、结构设计、加工参数确定等有机地联系起来。借助于具有高度交互性的凸轮设计平台MOCAD,实现凸轮机构设计全过程的智能化,为凸轮机构的设计与应用创新提供了一个实用工具。
【Abstract】 Cam mechanism and cam combined mechanism have a wide range of applications in light industry, especially in automation systems. The conventional procedure from design to manufacturing of cam mechanisms consists of motion design, determination of transmission function, type synthesis of mechanism, computation of kinematical parameters ,cam profiles design, calculation of machining parameters, structures design, technical drawings and put into production. Several key techniques involved in the process of design are discussed practically, such as system design, motion design and structural design. It also showed how to integrate the conceptual design, kinematic design, and dimension design into one design procedure, based on the design idea of systematization, comprehensiveness, interaction and practicality in Germany. The interactive platform MOCAD for cam design provides a practical way to realize the intelligent design, innovation and application of cam mechanism.
