基于ANSYS的四座电动巡逻车底盘有限元分析

【摘要】 底盘是电动巡逻车的主要承载部件,承载着来自路面和其他部件的各种复杂载荷的作用,其刚度与强度对汽车整体设计起到重要作用。首先,采用SolidWorks软件建立底盘的三维模型,然后,借助于Ansys软件建立以体单元为基本单元的底盘有限元模型。在此模型基础上,进行有限元静力学分析和模态分析,得出底盘在弯曲工况和扭转工况下的最大等效应力和应变。结果显示,电动巡逻车底盘结构满足材料的强度和刚度要求。最后进行模态分析,得出电动巡逻车前十阶的固有频率和振型。其一阶固有频率和地面的激励力接近,为避免底盘部件与外激励产生共振,需采取如提高刚度等措施提高底盘的一阶固有频率。

【Abstract】 As a basic part linking component in the vehicle,it carries the complex load coming from the road and other parts.It is important to consider the stiffness and strength of the chassis in the overall design.First,the three-dimensional model was made by SolidWorks.Then, with the ANSYS software,the finite element analysis(FEA) model of the chassis is established by solid element.Based on this model,FEA static stress analysis and modal analysis is preceded.The bending and torsion condition of the chassis were simulated,and the maximum stress and displacement of the chassis were obtained.It is shown that this model meets the material requirement of strength and stiffness.Finally,the top ten bands of natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained by modal analysis.The first order natural frequency is closed to the excitation force from the ground.To avoid the resonance between chassis components and external incentives,it is required to take measures to improve the first order natural frequency of the chassis.Such as the chassis rigidity was improved.
