YT4125柴油机机体刚度分析
The Stiffness Analysis of YT4125 Diesel Engine Block
【摘要】 本文应用有限单元法,在I-DEAS9.0软件平台上,建立了YT4125柴油机机体的三维实体模型,对机体进行了复合边界下的刚度计算。通过对YT4125柴油机机体的火力面和主轴承座进行复合边界条件下的变形计算找到了机体结构的薄弱部位,优化了YT4125柴油机机体的结构,提高了机体刚度,达到了降噪和减振的目的;同时其分析结果又为机体的动力学分析提供了一个可靠的有限元模型。
【Abstract】 In this paper 3-D geometric model of YT4125 diesel engine block has been established on the platform of I-DEAS 9.0.Finite element method is applied to calculate stiffness of the engine block at the compound boundary conditions.Throuth distortion calcultion of the fire power surface and main bearings of the engine block at compound boundary conditions,the construction of YT4125 diesel engine block is optimized,stiffness of engine block is improved,reducing noise and vibration damping is achieved.At the same time a dependable finite element model for dynamics analysis of YT4125 diesel engine block is provied from the results.
