【摘要】 目的研究猪屎豆(Crotalaria mucronata Desv.)全草的化学成分。方法 95%乙醇提取猪屎豆制备总浸膏,硅胶柱色谱分离其成分,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果从中分离得到13个化合物。分别为染料木素(1),1-(3-Hydroxyfuro[2′,3′,9,10]pterocarpan-5′-yl)ethanone(2),尿嘧啶苷(3),β-sitostenone(4),(24R)-24-ethylcholest-4-en-3,6-dione(5),12-oleanene-3β,22β,24-triol(6),正三十三烷醇(7),香草醛(8),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(9),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(10),blumenol A(11),β-谷甾醇(12),胡萝卜苷(13)。结论化合物3为首次从该属植物中分离得到,除2外所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the components from Crotalaria mucronata Desv..Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,and C₁₈ chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as: Genistein（1）,1 -（3-Hydroxyfuro[2’,3 ’,9,10]pterocarpan-5’-y l）ethanone（2）,uracil glycoside（3）, P-sitostenone（4）,（24R）-24-ethylcholest-4-en-3,6-dione（5）,12-oleanene-3 p,22p,24-triol（6）,n-tritriacontanol,v anillin（8）,4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-benzaldehyde（9）,dibutyl phthalate（lO）,blumenol A（11）,β-sitosterol（12）,daucosterol（13）.Conclusion Compound 3 were isolated from this genus for the first time,all the compound were isolated from this plant for the first time except compound 2.更多还原
