【摘要】 本文应用硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析、结晶等方法对诺丽鲜果及诺丽发酵汁的化学成分进行了分离纯化,并结合现代波谱技术对诺丽鲜果和诺丽发酵汁的化学成分进行了鉴定。从诺丽鲜果中分离并鉴定出了β—谷甾醇、异东莨菪亭内脂、熊果酸、熊果酸甲酯共四个化合物。而从诺丽发酵汁中分离鉴定出了β—谷甾醇、双—[(2—乙基)己基]邻苯二甲酸酯、东莨菪亭内脂共三个化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis focused on the chemical Components studies on fruit and fermented juice of Morinda citrifolia L.eight have been isolated and purified by crystallization,sephedex LH-20 and silica gel column chromatography;four compounds have been identified on basis of modern spectral techniques from fresh fruit,are as follows:β-Sitosterol,isoscopoletin,ursolic acidmethylester,three compounds have been identified on basis of modern spectral techniques from fermented juice are as follows:β-Sitosterol,di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate.更多还原
