深施型液态施肥非圆齿轮扎穴机构设计与分析

【摘要】 为满足液态施肥机工作过程中作业效率高,运转平稳的要求,设计了全椭圆齿轮行星系作为液态施肥的扎穴机构。本文建立了该机构运动学分析模型,通过理论推导,对机构进行运动学分析。应用Visual Basic 6.0软件编制机构参数优化程序,实时显示扎穴机构扎穴轨迹和机构入土姿态。根据优化目标及农艺要求,应用Design-Expert 6.0.1软件得出满足机构运动要求的最优参数范围。根据经验从优化参数中取一组,应用Pro_E和ADAMS软件进行联合仿真。结果表明,根据优化参数设计的扎穴机构能够满足设计要求。

【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the demand of high working efficiency and running stability of liquid fertilizer applicator during working,the pricking hole mechanism of liquid fertilizer applicator with planetary elliptic gears only was designed. Kinematics analysis model of the mechanism was created,through theoretical derivation,the mechanism kinematics was analyzed. By visual Basic 6.0 program,parameter optimizing program was written which can display trajectory path and attitude of the mechanism real-timely when pricking hole. Based on Design-Expert6.0.1 software,in accordance with optimization target and agricultural requirements,optimum parameter sets which could satisfy the movement of the mechanism was obtained. In the light of this experience,a set of parameters was chosen and co-simulation to pricking hole mechanism was implemented using Pro_E and ADAMS. The results indicated that,the pricking hole mechanism designed on the basis of optimum parameters can meet the design requirements.
