我国装备制造业技术创新效率两阶段评价及升级逻辑路径搜寻——基于DEA-Malmquist指数和相似性分析
Two-stage evaluation of technology innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing in China and search for the upgrade logical path-Based on DEA-Malmquist index and similarity analysis

【摘要】 装备制造业是国民经济发展的支柱产业,其自主创新能力和技术创新效率直接影响国民经济的持续稳定发展。为测算我国装备制造业技术创新效率,明确其发展方向,构建了装备制造业技术创新效率两阶段评价模型,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法计算其效率值及分解,利用系统聚类法对装备制造业子行业技术创新效率进行相似性分析,搜寻适于每一子行业的效率升级逻辑路径。研究结果表明,我国装备制造业研发阶段技术创新效率高于转化阶段;不同子行业研发、转化阶段的技术创新效率存在结构性差异;在此基础上提出了完全性低效率的三节点升级逻辑路径和结构性低效率的两节点升级逻辑路径。
【Abstract】 Equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of national economic development and its capability of independent innovation and technological innovation efficiency directly affects the sustained and stable development.Building equipment manufacturing technology innovation efficiency two-stage evaluation model,we can calculate the efficiency of equipment manufacturing technology innovation and clarify its development direction in china.Using DEA-Malmquist index method to calculate the efficiency values and decomposition and using system clustering method to analyze the similarity of technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing subsector to search the upgrade logical path for each sub industries.Theresults how that the R&D efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry is higher than that of the transformation and there are structural differences between technology innovation efficiency of R&D and transformation stage.Based on the research results,it puts forwards the three-node upgrade logical path for the completely low in efficiency and two-nodes upgrade logical path for the structural low in efficiency.
