基于单周控制的级联多电平变换器研究

【摘要】 多电平逆变器的PWM控制技术是多电平逆变器研究中关键技术之一。为了改进级联多电平变换器的控制性能,降低开关频率,提高控制特性,简化控制电路,本文将单周控制技术用于级联多电平变换器控制。把单周控制技术用于级联多电平变化器,扩展了单周控制技术的应用范围,为级联多电平变换器的单周控制方法建模提供了一条途径。在理论分析基础上,建立了级联多电平DC/AC变换器单周控制模型。根据所得到的控制模型建立了两个3级H桥三相级联多电平电路仿真实例。在开关频率为2500Hz、滤波电感为4mH、滤波电容为14μF、每级H桥直流侧电压为500V并在10%范围内变化时,变换器输出交流相电压(幅值)为1168V,线电压(幅值)为2032V,输出电压稳定,四个实例的THD均小于5%。理论与模拟实例分析表明:单周控制用于级联多电平变换器控制具有控制电路简单、控制效果好、输出稳定等特点。
【Abstract】 The multilevel inverter PWM control technology is one of the key techniques in research on the multilevel inverter.In order to improve the control performance of cascade multi-level inverter,lower switch frequency,simplify the control circuit,it is proposed for one-cycle control technology to control cascaded multilevel converters the first time in this paper.It is an application extension for one cycle control technique is applied to cascaded multi-level inverter.It provides a way for the cascade multilevel converter with one cycle control.Based on the theoretical analysis,the cascaded multi-level DC/AC converter control model with one cycle control has been proposed.Based on the proposed control model,four examples on the three-phase cascaded H bridge multi-level inverter have been simulated.Simulation conditions were the switching frequency is 2500Hz,the filter inductance is 4mH,filter capacitor is 14μF,the switching frequency 2500Hz,the filter inductor is 4mH,the filter capacitor is 14uF and each H bridge DC side voltage is 500V and fluctuations in the range of 10%.The converter output phase voltage(amplitude) is 1243V and the line voltage(amplitude) is 2152V.The output voltage stability,the THD in the four examples is all of less than 5%.Theory and simulations show that:cascade multilevel converter with one cycle control has the advantages that Control circuit is simple,effective control of the output voltage stable.
