补充不同营养物质对中红侧沟茧蜂生长发育的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了补充不同营养物质对中红侧沟茧蜂成虫寿命、繁殖力和味觉反应时间的影响。发现中红侧沟茧蜂成虫寿命、产卵量和味觉反应时间同时受到食物类型和性别的影响,其中补充10%蔗糖溶液的茧蜂成虫寿命和单次取食时间最长,不同性别间也有显著差异,雌蜂寿命和单次取食时间显著高于雄蜂;不同处理下中红侧沟茧蜂雌蜂日产卵量均呈现动态变化。羽化后前5天内产卵量较大,后随日龄增加产卵量降低,补充10%蔗糖溶液的雌蜂产卵时间和一生中所产后代总量最多,平均约50头,并且可连续产卵15天以上。显著高于提供10%酵母水解物溶液和蒸馏水对照。说明补充含糖类物质有利于寄生蜂取食和存活。

【Abstract】 The effects of different nutrition on the adult longevity and fecundity and taste sensation reactions of Microplitis mediator(Haliday)(Hymenoptera.- Braconidae) were examined in the laboratory.The results indicated that both diet and sex can affect the adult longevity and fertility and taste sensation reactions of M.mediator.The longest lifetimes and average feeding time was provided by 10%sucrose soluction.Additionally,the feeding time of male was longer than female.The fertility of M.mediator was high in the first 5 days after adult eclosion,and then obviously reduced in the subsequent days.Female provided by 10%sucrose solution continuously oviposited for 15 days and laid about 50 eggs in total,which was obviously more than the treatment of 10%yeast hydrolyate and distilled water.Overall,it was helpful for the feeding and survival of M.mediatort to be provided by sugary substances.
