【摘要】 目的探讨颅内段椎动脉、基底动脉闭塞腔内再开通的手术配合及围手术期护理等相关问题。方法 11例优势椎动脉颅内段、基底动脉闭塞患者接受腔内开通术治疗,记录分析术中各种并发症和相关危险因素,了解手术过程和护理方法,提高椎基底动脉急、慢性闭塞的治疗水平和护理质量。结果通过经皮血管内支架置入血管成形治疗和护理,患者脑供血得到改善,生活质量得以提高。结论椎基底动脉闭塞腔内开通技术可行,术后血流分级和mRS评分有所改善,术中护理的密切配合及细致的围手术期护理至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the intracranial vertebral artery,basilar artery occlusion cavity re-opening of the co-ordination of surgery and perioperative care related issues.Methods Intracranial segment of the advantages of 11 cases of vertebral artery,basilar artery occlusion patients receiving cavity opening of the treatment record and analysis of intraoperative complications and associated risk factors,understanding of surgical procedures and care,acute vertebrobasilar the treatment of chronic occlusionthe level and quality of care.Results By percutaneous endovascular stent blood vessels forming the treatment and care,in patients with cerebral blood supply improved quality of life can be improved.Conclusion Vertebrobasilar artery occlusion of the cavity opening of the technical feasibility and postoperative blood flow grading and mRS score improved in close collaboration with the intraoperative care and meticulous perioperative care is essential.更多还原
